THE ROLE
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our ERP platform and other integrated systems. You will lead discovery and strategy sessions with business stakeholders, translate business needs into functional designs, collaborate with technical teams to ensure cohesive solutions, and assist with configuration, testing, and implementation activities. You may also be called upon to support other IT initiatives that interact with or impact the ERP environment.
This role includes responsibility for ongoing ERP enhancements, customization, and continuous improvement efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide functional expertise, guidance, and support for the ERP platform, including enhancements and customizations.Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and how they map to ERP capabilities.Lead business process and system review sessions; identify gaps, opportunities, and solution options.Work closely with business stakeholders to plan, document, and implement functional changes, upgrades, and new features.Partner with technical teams to define requirements, validate feasibility, and ensure solutions align with functional needs.Manage multiple initiatives ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization of enhancement requests.Contribute to ERP roadmap planning, including identifying dependencies and sequencing enhancements.Provide timely status updates to team members, project leaders, sponsors, and executive stakeholders.Support critical issue resolution, including functional diagnostics and coordination of fixes or patches.Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support business users through testing cycles.Break down and document tasks and requirements to enable team members with varying experience levels to contribute effectively.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.5+ years of functional, technical, or operational experience across Finance, Distribution, or Operations.3+ years of recent professional experience as a business or functional analyst.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Highly organized and self-motivated; able to work independently.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.Strong technical documentation skills, including writing functional specifications and interface requirements.Ability to present information clearly, educate stakeholders, and mentor team members.Ability to work as an internal consultant, guiding stakeholders toward effective and scalable solutions.Solid understanding of ERP platforms, standard functionality, configuration, enhancements, customizations, and integrations.Ability to design, communicate, and validate complex functional solutions.Experience configuring and validating end-to-end business processes and prototypes.Capable of planning work, allocating resources, and prioritizing initiatives in a dynamic environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust quickly to shifting business needs.Effective at delegating tasks when necessary, based on skillset and capacity.Experience working with architects and system owners to align cross-functional solutions.Understanding of release management and change control practices.Ability to develop and test functional designs for solution components and enhancements.Strong understanding of data management and system architecture concepts.Knowledge of organizational policies, processes, and procedures.Experience with Microsoft Office applications, process diagramming tools (e.g., Visio), relational databases, SQL queries, and reporting tools.COMPENSATION
