What you will be doing:
•Work closely with key business stakeholders and the wider IT team in the region to proactively monitor, report, and communicate IT support services and understand how Support Services performance is perceived and/or where gaps exist.
•Assist the Support Services management team with the respected processes, acting as process champion within the assigned region
•Responsible for reviewing and responding to the most complex issues that Tier 2 analysts have been unable to fix, overseeing those escalations to resolution, and identifying trends in issue reporting and developing preventive solutions, while maintaining timely communication with the customer.
•Assists in hosting Major Incident Management bridge calls to ensure technical teams work together to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Responsible for gaining a high-level understanding of the issue in order to ensure communication to IT stakeholders is handled effectively during the MIM bridge calls.
What we are looking for :
Candidate should have minimum 4 yrs.Experience on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central v14.Experience on Continia Products for Document capture is a must.Candidate should be from a Finance background Candidate should have ImplementationExperience and should be proficient in Solution Design. Support experience is a plus.Experience:Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Quality Assurance field. Within this period, at least 3 years should be dedicated specifically to Automation, including the development and execution of automated tests.
