Previous consulting experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP, ConcurExperience with Expense Management and/or Spend Analytics is a plusFluent in Spanish, English (required) and Portuguese (preferred but not required)Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skillsStrong client management skills and be able to guide customers on best practice driven design processes that lead towards a rapid, successful go-liveSelf-starter and quick learner, must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in a fast paced and passionate environmentHighly organized with the ability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterprise projectsMay require some flexibility in working hours due to the global nature of the roleBe able to perform the onboarding period (3 to 5 months) working onsite from the office before moving to a hybrid model#LI-Hybrid#LI-TC1
