Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Functional Consultant
Overview:
As a ServiceNow Lead Functional Consultant, you will drive the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients to gather requirements, craft solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Engagement:
Engage with business users to identify and document their needs and translate them into functional requirements.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements.Provide expert advice on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.Develop workflows, scripts, business rules, and other components to meet client needs.Project Management:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and other consultants.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Integration and Data Management:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through effective data management and ServiceNow best practices.Ensure reusable components are leveraged.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.Offer ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.Engage in Performance improvement and improving the health of the instance.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Lead initiatives to enhance the functionality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 9 years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation and customization.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, CSM).Good to have hands-on experience with coding and integrations.Proven project management skills with experience leading complex projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS are mandatory.Good to have CTA certification.Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Benefits:
