Job Description Responsibility is to design and create effective solutions that meet the specific needs of the group, clients or internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and architects, to translate business requirements into practical and innovative solutions. Expertise in the field will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving the organization's strategic goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities.

Understands business requirements and processes and is able to translate it to technical language - vice versa.

May act as Solutions Designer of a project, leading the solution strategy of implementation until project cutover and operations.

Creates and updates solution plan documents, functional specifications and/or technical specifications.

Ensures that system configurations and deployments are complete and accurate.

Works with business users, SMEs, project teams and Solution Leads of the applications involved in the project.

Provides assistance and support to business groups throughout project activities including end user training.

Resolves production issues and caters enhancements or change requests.

Validates results through testing, troubleshooting and investigations.

SME who provides technical assessment and recommends industry best-practice solutions

Complies with Globe's process documents and framework

Keeping abreast of the latest developments, updates and offering of the product in his/her area.

Reports and aligns tasks to his/her supervisor, ES leads and Domain leaders.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of work experience in the field of IT, Support, Business Analysis or Finance & Accounting operations

Must have at least 3 years of experience in SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate) project delivery and/or operations. 

Must have at least 2 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning, blueprinting until hypercare and post go live support

Knowledgeable in any other SAP modules such as FICO, IM, PS, REFX, FSCM, TRM, SD, MM or SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting 

Preferably with S/4HANA experience

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural principles.

Proficiency in designing solutions using a variety of technologies, such as cloud platforms, web and mobile applications, databases, and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues and risks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in solution design.

KPIs:

Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs. Develop and design comprehensive solutions that address those requirements, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, security, and usability.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and architects, to ensure alignment of solution designs with overall project goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions to provide valuable insights and contribute to the decision-making process.

Support the development and implementation phases of projects by providing guidance, clarifying design specifications, and resolving technical challenges.

Comprehensive solution design documentation

A detailed technical requirements document that outlines the technical components, features, functionalities, and performance specifications of the solution

Create prototypes, wireframes, or mockups to visually represent the user interface and user experience of the solution.
