Job Description

To configure, monitor and maintain the software and integrated applications across the Independent Service Providers (ISPs) Learning Ecosystem to ensure system stability and changing business needs are sufficiently met. To provide end-user support for Independent Service Providers (ISPs) attending to and resolving queries relating to registration, course content, reporting and system performance.

QualificationsDegree in Information Technology or Human Resources or Business Commerce

Experience Required
Compliance

3-4 years experience in the deployment and managing of IT systems as well as exposure to Learning Ecosystems.3-4 years General Human Resource knowledge, with exposure to learning and development.
