Position: We are looking for a versatile Functional Consultant with development skills in D365FO to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with key users, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to assess, design, and develop solutions, primarily focusing on production and supply chain modules. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major ERP implementation project, working across multiple locations and integrating different business functions into a unified system.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze business processes and align them with D365FO functionality, focusing on Warehouse Management, Production, Master Planning, and Finance modules.
* Provide functional and technical expertise to design and implement effective solutions across production and logistics processes.
* Collaborate with key users and external partners to handle order management, tool building, and system development.
* Act as a bridge between the technical and functional teams, assisting with coding and system configurations when required.
* Participate in ERP rollouts across multiple locations.
* Optimize system performance by identifying cost-effective solutions and implementing process improvements.
* Ensure data consistency and support reporting across multiple business entities.

Skills & Experience:

* Ideally 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), focusing on production and supply chain modules.
* Strong understanding of process flows in AX/D365FO and hands-on experience with warehouse, production, and logistics functionalities.
* Experience in system development and customization within D365FO.
* Familiarity with databases and an analytical mindset to handle ERP system configurations.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English is required; Polish is optional.
* Experience working with external partners for system implementation and technical support is a plus.
