Job Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely processing of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets in SAP S/4HANA.  Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS group policies and local GAAP.  Maintain internal control procedures in accordance with group ICS standards to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions.  Proactively assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.  Oversee and develop a small team of accountants to ensure maximum efficiency.  Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.  Stay current with changes in local laws and regulations for financial reporting and taxes and propose actions to adopt them.

 

Qualification required:

University degree in financial accounting preferred 5 year experience self starter professional knowledge of financial accounting
