Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in UKG Kronos and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing, supporting, and optimizing our time and attendance systems, ensuring seamless integration with our HCM systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the systems and aligning them with business needs and global payroll strategies.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Handle and administer UKG Kronos systems for timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management, ensuring all configurations are aligned with business requirements. Be responsible for Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) modules, including configuration, upgrades, and integrations within the HCM platform. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality. Support the implementation and maintenance of Kronos Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Central across multiple regions and business units. Ensure accurate data transfer between Kronos, OTL, and other HCM systems, including payroll and absence management. Provide guide fix, problem resolution, and system enhancements for Kronos and OTL-related issues. Develop user guides, deliver training, and offer ongoing support to ensure optimal usage of Kronos and OTL systems. Stay updated on the latest UKG Kronos and Oracle HCM trends, recommending system upgrades and improvements. Partner with key stakeholders to align Kronos and OTL configurations with global time and payroll strategies. Participate in system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working with UKG Kronos systems (Workforce Dimensions and/or Workforce Central). 3+ years of experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) or equivalent HCM systems. Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration with payroll systems. Good understanding of time and attendance, payroll processes, and workforce management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to fix complex system issues. Experience in global system rollouts and multi-country configuration is preferred. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work multi-functionally with HR, IT, and Payroll teams. Diligent with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in leading Kronos or HCM-related projects. Knowledge of global payroll systems and compliance requirements. Certification in UKG Kronos or Oracle HCM is a plus.Our Offer to You:
