Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager with a strong focus on Time and Attendance to lead the administration, optimization, and integration of UKG Pro/Dimensions for accurate and efficient workforce utilizing UKG Pro/Dimensions. This role will also involve managing system integrations through APIs, Boomi, and other data connections to ensure seamless communication between systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in WFM systems, data integration, and process improvement to support operational efficiency, compliance, and effective workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Core UKG Pro/Dimensions:
Administration of UKG Pro/Dimensions to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking. Oversee the recording of employee hours, overtime, paid time off, and absences in accordance with labor laws and company policies.Module support of UKG Pro/Dimensions for all forecasting and scheduling functions.Manage processes for tracking absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, and other employee absences. Work closely with HR to maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.Manage integrations between UKG Pro/Dimensions, payroll systems, HR systems, and other enterprise platforms using APIs, Boomi, and other integration tools. Ensure smooth data transfer between systems, including timekeeping, attendance, payroll, and workforce scheduling.Generate time and attendance reports and analyze data to identify trends related to absenteeism, tardiness, overtime, and scheduling. Provide regular insights to leadership to drive decision-making and improve workforce management strategies.Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements (if applicable), and company policies related to timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and leave management. Regularly audit time and attendance data to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies proactively.Training & Support:
Train managers and employees on timekeeping policies, system usage, and best practices. Provide technical support for UKG Pro/Dimensions and integration-related queries, ensuring employees and managers are equipped to handle time and attendance processes efficiently.
Process Improvement & System Enhancements:
Continuously evaluate and improve time and attendance workflows, leveraging UKG Pro/Dimensions and integration tools like Boomi to streamline operations and improve accuracy. Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in workforce management and propose system upgrades or optimizations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with HR, payroll, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment between workforce data and business objectives. Provide clear communication on any attendance-related matters to ensure the appropriate level of staffing and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management with a focus on time and attendance, preferably in a large, complex organization.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro/Dimensions (or similar time and attendance systems) and its integration capabilities.Proven experience in integrating systems using APIs, Boomi, or similar integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).Strong experience working with data connections and ensuring accurate data flow between time management systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., payroll, HRIS, scheduling systems).Technical Skills:
Deep understanding in time and attendance systems, specifically UKG Pro/Dimensions, and a strong grasp of their setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for process improvements.Experience with data mapping, data transformation, and API error handling.Experience with APIs, Boomi, and other integration tools to facilitate data transfer between systems.Soft Skills:
