You will work closely with customers to remediate their highest priority gaps and evaluate their business processes, IT controls, and identify areas of risk for management. This involves understanding client business requirements, mapping them to NetSuite, and supporting their configuration process. You will lead the identification and documentation of customer's NetSuite value gaps, follow essential internal business processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will increase your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.

 

The role requires heavy interaction with customers and NetSuite teams, providing subject matter expertise and consulting services to our strategic and challenging customers. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in external consulting or similar internal project experience, demonstrating leadership and execution skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with a focus on Accounting, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or similar. NetSuite Knowledge: Prior experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP solutions is advantageous. Industry Experience: Domain knowledge in NetSuite's vertical markets (Consumer Products, Warehouse Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail) is a plus. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to various client needs and a proactive mindset.
