UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Functional Peoplesoft Business Analyst for a fully remote role. Candidates in the EST time zone are preferred. Must have a LinkedIn Account. There could be light travel for initial onboarding, offboarding, and emergencies. Position: The Functional Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technical teams to manage the development and delivery of system upgrades and enhancements for the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application. The role involves documenting requirements, configuring system settings, conducting testing, and mentoring system analysts while ensuring successful implementation and functionality. WHAT WE OFFER: Our W2 employees can expect the following benefits: • Health/Dental Insurance • Group Life Insurance • 401K • HSA/FSA • Pre-Tax Transportation Program • Generous Paid Time Off/Holiday Policy SCOPE OF SERVICES: As a Functional Business Analyst, your responsibilities include: • Configuring and maintaining base tables within the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application. • Troubleshooting functional module issues and researching Oracle PUM Image functionality. • Eliciting and documenting business requirements and translating them into system configurations. • Developing project artifacts, such as workflows, Functional Requirement Documents, and test scripts. • Participating in PUM and PeopleTools upgrades, QA testing, and implementation activities. • Collaborating with technical teams to resolve production schedule issues and conducting system testing. • Documenting and following protocols for process failures and providing reports on analyses and testing plans. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered. • 4+ years of relevant experience in functional business analysis or equivalent roles. • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM configuration, testing, and issue resolution. • Ability to develop business process workflows and artifacts (e.g., RTM, test cases). • Proficiency in PeopleSoft updates, PUM Images, and PeopleTools upgrades. • Strong leadership skills to mentor analysts and resolve project issues effectively. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred (but not required). • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
