This role involves owning and improving the contractor safety program while conducting gap analysis and making necessary updates. Responsibilities + Manage contractor safety for contractors coming onsite, ensuring adherence to safety policies. + Evaluate and improve the existing contractor safety program globally across all sites. + Understand and adapt to diverse country regulations concerning contractor safety. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols during building modifications and infrastructure updates. + Conduct gap analysis and update contractor safety programs as needed. + Serve as a developer, executioner, and verifier for the current contractor safety program. Essential Skills + Proven experience in safety engineering and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management. + Experience in contractor safety. + Facilities management expertise. + Degree in Science or Engineering. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience as a contractor, understanding company operations. + Facilities manager experience. Work Environment The position requires onsite work from Monday to Friday at various sites including Redmond and Kirkland, with shifts from 8am to 5pm. There may be occasions requiring night or weekend work when contractors are present. ***Aerospace Client must be ITAR Compliant*** Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
