Functional Specialist Order-to-Cash

Job title – Functional Specialist OTC (Expert Supply Chain Process Excellence)

Location – Torun, Poland

As the Functional Specialist you will support the global Supply Chain business applications for business group Taste Texture and Health Ingredient Solutions in dsm-firmenich. This includes end-users and managers at various levels in the different business units and global regions. You will interact with Corporate Digital Services Department as well as with external software-providers. Your work includes improvement projects, continuous improvement, support for running business and maintenance of business rules for Order-to-Cash.

Your key responsibilities

Oversee and support the optimal functioning of supported business processes and applications, collaborating with relevant dsm-firmenich corporate departments and 3rd party software suppliers. This includes issue solving for running businessSupport improvement projects, including requirements gathering, process improvement, test script writing, testing, project implementation, training, and user supportWork with corporate IT for the development of changes and improvements to the systemsEstablish, share, and enforce best practices for Order-to-Cash processes, covering SAP, the Customer Portal, and CRM, including user rights managementEnsure global standardization and harmonization of master data, processes and tools at BG levelCoach, train, coordinate, and evaluate the relevant group of Regional Key Users while acting as a liaison between RKUs and 2nd line support teams, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and addressing ICT security aspects and incident response for uninterrupted business continuity

You bring

Possess a relevant bachelor's degree and secondary certifications in areas such as Supply Chain Management or SAPDemonstrate proven and robust knowledge of SAP SD, along with technical knowledge on SAP tables and the relations between table. Experience with SAP4HANA and integration projectsExhibit strong understanding of various business processes, particularly E2E supply chainShowcase experience in the process- or food-industryDemonstrate a track record of collaboration in diverse international organizations, actively contributing to project goals and providing knowledge supportDisplay a proactive drive to professionally support internal customers, coupled with analytical, critical thinking, detail-oriented, deductive reasoning, practical/pragmatic approach, and problem-solving abilities
