Description We are seeking skilled and experienced testing personnel to join our team and conduct comprehensive testing across multiple platforms, including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems. The testing services will cover various assessments such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional Testing: + Verify that each module functions as intended and meets the specified functional requirements. + Test various functionalities and processes within each module to ensure they perform their intended functions accurately and consistently. 2. Regression Testing: + Conduct regression testing to ensure that changes or updates to the modules do not negatively impact existing functionalities. 3. Integration Testing: + Test the integration of the modules with other relevant systems and applications within the Xploration Destiny program. 4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define test scenarios and conduct UAT. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proven experience (1+ year) in testing across various platforms including SAP, Web/Mobile, Agent Desktop Application, Salesforce, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems + Strong understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
