Must Haves:

Experience with custom Workday configuration build in the HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and supporting the full lifecycle of configurations and integrations. Experience designing, architecting and solutioning HR Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation). Experience working with a team of integration developers. Strong knowledge of Business Process, Self-service transactions, Change Job.
