About the Company: 10b+ AUM Private Equity Firm in San Francisco Key Responsibilities: + Maintain Fund and GP general ledgers. + Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements. + Assist with annual audits and tax filings. + Monitor cash position for assigned Funds. + Calculate, record and process Fund and Investment capital calls and distributions. + Interface with Investor Relations to respond to limited partner inquiries. + Complete various ad-hoc reports as requested. Requirements Qualifications: + 1.5-4 years’ experience in Accounting/Fund Accounting or straight from public Audit with investment management client exposure. + Degree in Accounting, Business, or Econ. + CPA or in process of becoming a CPA is a plus. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. + Excellent time management / organizational skills.
