As a Fund Accounting Associate within the Dublin Operations team, you will be at the heart of our fund services, providing essential support across Fund Accounting and Investment Accounting Funds. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. Your role will involve managing key queries, maintaining open communication, and driving process improvements to enhance our service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for operational activities across all fund ranges administered in Dublin, fostering strong client partnerships. Proactively manage queries related to event capturing, processing, and reconciliation. Maintain effective communication with JPM Utility Hubs and external counterparties within prescribed timeframes. Ensure daily functions are completed to meet agreed service levels. Manage group email boxes and internal enquiry tools, ensuring timely and sensitive query resolution. Adhere to departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints, and controls. Provide support, guidance, and training to team members as needed. Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to operational improvements. Facilitate effective team communication through meetings and updates. Support Senior Management with issue escalation and client service updates. Participate actively in key initiatives driven by the Dublin Operations Management Team.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Solid experience in Fund Accounting Operations or Client Service Management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and theories. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage change with conflicting priorities. Experience in multi-tasking and effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good understanding of the control infrastructure within Fund Accounting.
