Fund Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fund Administration team at Mercer. This role will be based in our Wellington office on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.

As a Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of administration services to our clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional client service.

We will count on you to:

Oversee the delivery of administration services to clients and resolve queries from clients and internal teams.Prepare regular client reports and provide input into client projects.Demonstrate high energy and a desire to deliver exceptional service to clients.Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Show initiative in decision-making and contribute towards continuous improvement.Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

What you need to have:

Financial Services experience is preferable.Strong client focus with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills.Strong organisation and planning skills.
