J.P. Morgan Investment Middle Office Services provides services including instruction capture & processing, derivatives & over-the-counter (OTC) processing, asset servicing, security lending, reconciliations and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) analysis to Global Investment Managers Front and Middle Offices. 

As a Fund Servicing Manager II in the Investment Book of Record team, you will ensure clients receive a premier service by validating all trade exceptions / trade capture / asset servicing / derivatives processing and reconciliations are completed to the highest standard. You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the IBOR delivered to end clients. 

Job responsibilities:

Play a lead role for the Asia Pacific IBOR team and act as the client facing point of escalation Oversee large components of the daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR) Work with management of global IBOR teams based in Europe, Asia Pacific, and US to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy and seamless integration in a ‘follow the sun’ model Influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization Collaborate cross functionally with technology, service, product and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Demonstrated leadership and ability over process and control, both over established and required enhancements in the Middle Office Excellent communication style and proven ability to deal with key clients Extensive understanding of over-the-counter (OTC) instruments / Exchange Traded Derivatives / Fixed Income Securities / Equity products Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload Ability to work with and have a thorough understanding of responsibilities of other products (Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Asset Servicing, Trade Processing) Strong team player with the ability to set and maintain high standards
