Do you have experience and knowledge in the investment guidelines and investments funds skills?
We are looking for analyst to:

• knowledge of regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (Anbima), the Brazilian Revenue Service (RFB) and Pension Funds Legislations (PREVIC/ SUSEP)
• act in monitoring the guidelines of investment funds, checking if the parameterized rules and the portfolio of funds are in accordance with the legislation
• monitor changes in the legislation of Investments Funds to evaluate criteria and calculation of rules
• interact with the Project team to map changes, tests and contribute to execution
• participate in discussions to create new products, helping several internal areas in the development of these products and addressing the demands of our customers, mainly with tax reform
• analyze investment fund rules based on legislation with the legal area and validate regulatory rules on the investment policy of the funds
• interact with the Fund’s managers to solve the breaches and inform the Regulators when necessary
