The Responsibilities: 

Safe worker. Operate, adjust, and maintain all assigned Batch and Furnace equipment. To include Cullet Processing Plant, basement cullet hauling, and furnace equipment to assure product quality and efficiency.   Control the overall process to insure a proper safe operation with a high degree of accuracy. Identify and solve operational and quality problems. Perform special projects as assigned. Primary duties will be assigned to Cullet Processing Plant. Operate Mobile equipment once properly trained and certified.

 

The Other Qualifications: 

Safe worker, willing to wear a respirator, and follow all Batch and Furnace safety procedures, and policies. High School Graduate, or equivalent  Able to lift 50 lbs. and good work ethic. Willing to take direction and execute clear expectations and tasks safely Willing to be trained to operate mobile equipment (Trackmobile, Cat 928 Loader, Sellick’s and fork trucks). Must have knowledge of the batch and furnace process.

Job Posting Hourly Rate: $35.12
