Looking for Oracle CX Consultant with Strong technical knowledge in customizing Fusion B2B Sales/Service application with custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy Scripting, SOAP/Rest APIs, Visual Builder and DCS.

Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.

Having Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle Service Cloud Certification is an added advantage.

Knowledge of other Oracle CX products/modules is an added advantage.

As part of the job responsibility you will be providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle B2B Sales and Service Cloud implementations, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements and breask-fixes.
