Fusion HR Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports. Create and design dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders. Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards. Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM and Fusion Analytics Warehouse developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing OTBI and BIP reports. Strong expertise in Oracle HCM. Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus but not required. Proficient in SQL and other relevant query languages. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in cloud environments, particularly Oracle Cloud. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus, it is not mandatory.
