**Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports. + Create and design dashboards to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders. + Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards. + Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on feedback and evolving business needs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. + Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM and Fusion Analytics Warehouse developments and best practices. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing OTBI and BIP reports. + Strong expertise in Oracle HCM. + Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus but not required. + Proficient in SQL and other relevant query languages. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in cloud environments, particularly Oracle Cloud. + Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence. + Experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse is a plus, it is not mandatory.
