About the Program
 

Program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have:

1. Already in the first phase of your journey, you are fully responsible for your own accounts. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future.

2. You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom.

Potential assignments: Selling I Market Strategy & Planning I Store Development I Store Execution Organization I Distributor Operations I Category Management

During the program you will:

Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, Auchan) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations

Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies

Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements

Not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial& marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding

Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications

Business and Technical students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or graduates up to 12 months after graduation

Strong initiative, problem solving and advanced language skills in Polish and English

Positive attitude towards challenges and changes

Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.

Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills

Valid driver's license (active driver)
