FX Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative - Analyst

As a FX Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative - Analyst in the client service team, you will be the end-to-end owner of the OTC FX trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery and training for clients. You will partner with clients to understand their business and service needs, validate their requirements against the services offered, and implement support processes in Client Service. You will review client-specific quality MIS and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), provide feedback to clients, and resolve any issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client BAU activity, primarily focused on Trade Date-based tasks.

The client service team is responsible for delivering client transactional support functions for the FX Prime Brokerage business. The primary functions will focus on day-to-day Client Service controls, supporting FX PB clients. The FX team provide comprehensive operational services to the Prime Brokerage business across the globe, for FX PB trading products. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes. Job responsibilities

Own the end-to-end OTC FX trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery and training for clients; partner with clients to understand business and service needs, validate client requirements against services offered, and implement support processes in Client ServiceReview client-specific quality MIS and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), provide feedback to clients, and resolve issuesManage and maintain client BAU activity, primarily focused on Trade Date-based tasksCapture and match Top Day Client and Desk Trade Exceptions (PB - Prime Brokerage); provide end-of-day recaps to clients for trades not processed and address outstanding issuesCapture and match Trade Date+1 Client Exceptions and input trades; reconcile client positions and manage trade events, manage confirmation and settlement queriesHandle management of interest claims and fee issues, monitor client real-time credit for FX Prime Brokerage tradesDevelop automation solutions that support clientsRoll out functionality that promotes Straight Through Processing (STP) in capturing client informationManage maintenance of client service and reporting tools, including UAT, maximize client leverage of self-service toolsImprove the offering by challenging existing processes and thinking on your feet as new challenges arise from the client base; stay organized, intuitive, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment, while being results-oriented
