FX Product Manager (State Street Trust and Bank Company; Boston, MA): Execute a complex portfolio of projects for Sales Trading and Research division of State Street Global Markets that encompasses all aspects of the business: strategy development and implementation; trading systems design and implementation of operational models; risk oversight and metrics and reporting. The position will work with business leaders to implement strategic and tactical initiatives, will partner with technology, Operations and other business partners to functional product aligned with our strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Specific duties include: partner with business leaders to identify product and features necessary for the successful implementation of strategy and initiatives; define product features and develop product overviews, workflows and visual artifacts to crystalize product use, and process owners; work with technology to drive technology solutions and deliverables to meet product requirements; manage technology and other business partner demand and help resolve competing priorities; develop product roadmap identifying key business milestones and required timelines; build strong relationships with business partners ( i.e Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement etc.) and ensure they understand business needs to create robust and sustainable solutions; act as a subject matter expert for the trading businesses across initiatives and projects; monitor the full trading flow life cycle, and anticipate Front Office multi-year requirements and articulate the objectives and priorities of the business; resolve significant issues or roadblocks working with senior management across the bank as required; review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs in order to recommend solutions and options; develop and execute projects and ensure appropriate resource allocations to meet changing needs and requirements; identify and frame risks and issues as well as ensure their timely resolution or escalation; define the workflows, processes, policies and procedures utilized to conduct our trading businesses; and research and keep abreast of industry trends and upcoming changes brought about by competitive, market and or regulatory influences. Minimum requirements: Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or in related field domain; and 3 years’ experience in trading and foreign exchange.
Must have: demonstrated success executing projects and business portfolios within complex organizational settings; demonstrated capability to interact, negotiate and influence at all levels of management and across the organizations; and outstanding organizational, analytical, and consultative skills. Salary Range:
$130,000 - $240,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
