Siemens Healthineers R&D Trainee Program aims to cultivate future R&D leaders with technical expertise, innovative thinking, strategic mindset, and international vision.
Program Overview:
During this 24-month program, you will experience challenging cross-business line, cross-departmental or cross-area rotations.
Through systematic training and project practice, you will gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company's operation, product performance as well as the industry's leading technologies and prospects. You will acquire a systematic understanding of the entire healthcare industry at an early stage of your career, which will accelerate the development of your professional skills and leadership competency.
The tailored personal effectiveness and leadership development courses will rapidly enhance your soft skills. Various networking opportunities, including dialogues with senior leaders, Expert mentoring, and cross-departmental projects, will help you build a broad network around the world and support your rapid growth and long-term development at Siemens Healthineers.
We are Looking for candidates with:
- Passionate for R&D work, innovative and ready for challenges- Strong self-driven with high learning agility- Excellent communication and logical thinking- Internship experience in the healthcare industry R&D function is a plus
Qualifications:
2025 fresh graduates with a master’s degree or above from globally top universities, majoring in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Clinical Medicine, Medical Imaging, Image Processing and Algorithms, Software Development/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
