Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Steer definition, development and implementation of production processes / 掌控生产工艺定义,开发和执行2. Transfer design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request) / 研发设计导入(新产品和新修改)3. Implement new production technologies regarding PE/应用新的生产技术4. Develop and maintain production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.)/ 开发和维护生产文件5. Control the rework of failed components/掌控返修件6. Develop and manage tooling, equipment and new technology/开发和管理生产工具,设备,新技术用于生产7. Map for production layout (working area) / 生产区域布局规划8. Participate supplier audits / 参与供应商审核
Your qualifications and experience:
-Master/Bachelor degree for science or technology education, major in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering etc.理工科硕士或本科学历，专业为机械，自动化或机电一体化等-Fluent oral and written English流利的英语口语和书面能力-Quick learner and resourceful self-starter, good communication快速的学习能力，灵活解决问题，积极主动，善于沟通
