With globally distributed teams in North America, Europe and Asia, we are a tight-knit, dedicated team that passionately believes in our products, people, and culture.About the role:Drive and support the month-end close process, including preparing relevant journal entries, performing balance sheet and P&L flux analyses, and preparing balance sheet and P&L accounts reconciliations, including but not limited to fixed assets, cash and cash equivalents, other current assets, and accruals.Ensure the general ledger appropriately reflects all financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.Assist in annual consolidated financial audits and local statutory audits as needed.Participate in various accounting system automation and enhancement projects to promote more timely and accurate financial reporting.Support and collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions for cross-functional projects including cash activities and as a backup as needed.Collaborate with FP&A to ensure a complete and accurate month-end close.Assist with drafting and tying out of annual financial reporting and other ad hoc internal or cross-functional reporting requests.Other ad-hoc projects and duties as needed.About you:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance2-4 years of accounting experience - technology or SaaS industry knowledge is a plusA proficient understanding of GAAP and financial reporting controlsPublic corporate accounting experience preferredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience in a multi-accounting SaaS tool environment (NetSuite, ADP, Tipalti, Expensify, etc.) preferredAbility to work on and prioritize multiple projects while continuing to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy on ongoing goals with minimum supervisionStrong attention to detail skills, with the ability to identify errors as well as consider root causes of errors and brainstorm workable solutions or alternatives to avoid errors going forwardAbility to change lenses between accounting and financial details vs. big-picture analytical skills across GL accounts and financial statementsTeam player who works well independently and with others across all organizational levels and departmentsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and analytical skillsFluency in English language knowledge (both verbal and written)What we can offer you:Hybrid working modelGreat, co-located teamExtra paid time offStock optionsPrivate health insuranceIn-office food & beverages - including lunchTraining budgetMobile subscription coverageHome office budgetIn the case of non-EU citizens, You should have a Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Third-country National Family Member of EEA National, as we cannot support the visa process.
