4 Year Degree Illinois State University, a NCAA Division I institution, member of the Missouri Valley Conference invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for Men's Tennis within the department of Athletics. This pre-professional, 12-month position includes a tuition waiver and a stipend. The successful applicant must meet the admission requirements for Illinois State's Graduate School. Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Assist the head coach with player development. 2. Plan and organize team travel 3. Actively recruit prospective players while following all NCAA rules and regulations 4. Handle all aspects of personal recruiting trips 5. Assist with all other aspects of a nationally competitive Division I tennis program 6. Other duties as assigned.
