As a Gainsight admin you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Gainsight platform. Your primary goal will be to optimize the usage of Gainsight to help drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the user experience. In This Role, You Will: Familiarity with both Gainsight modules - CS (customer success) & PX (product experience) Leverage Gainsight CS & PX analytics capabilities to gather, analyze, and present actionable insights on user behavior, product adoption, and feature usage. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve user engagement and Develop reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to integrate Gainsight PX with other systems, such as CS platforms or CRMs. Ensure smooth data flow and synchronization between Gainsight PX and other tools. Basic understanding of html, CSS and JavaScript coding languages. Develop onboarding materials and conduct training sessions to enable internal stakeholders to effectively use Gainsight. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product analytics and customer experience. Act as a subject matter expert on Gainsight provide guidance to the team on its usage and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to Gainsight implementation. Identify opportunities for improvement of existing tools and processes, including adopting new features in each Gainsight major release. Here's What You Need: Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering Gainsight PX & CX. Certification in Gainsight CS and Gainsight PX. Solid understanding of Customer Success Methodologies and Data Analysis. Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and meet commitments. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Proven ability to build long-term relationships and influence cross-functional business partners to achieve shared goals. Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
