Gainsight Program Lead
What You'll Do Position Overview: As the Product Lead for Gainsight at Avalara, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer success platform to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Gainsight is a critical tool in our strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Job Duties Key Responsibilities: - Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a product strategy for Gainsight that aligns with overall business objectives and customer success goals. - Roadmap Ownership: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. - Product Development: Work closely with technology, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap effectively and ensure timely delivery of features. - Customer Insights: Utilize Gainsight and other relevant data sources to gather insights into customer behavior, needs, and pain points to inform product decisions. - Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer success, and executive leadership, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with the Gainsight product roadmap. - Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to customer success platforms, particularly Gainsight. - Performance Tracking: Establish key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the success and impact of Gainsight features and initiatives. What You'll Need to be Successful - Experience: 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices. - Technical Skills: Experience with Gainsight is highly preferred. Proficiency in agile development methodologies is a plus. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and articulate complex ideas clearly. - Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches from concept to delivery.
