The responsibilities include the development and implementation of government affairs and market access strategies that are in alignment with BDX’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying early-stage business opportunities and challenges, managing access projects, and establishing strategic partnerships within key stakeholders to enhance the business environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **（主要职责）** + Develop and execute a strategic plan for GAMA that supports BDX’s long-term goals and objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze early-stage business opportunities and potential challenges in MedTech. + Lead GAMA access projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, quantifying and maximizing their impact on the business. + Build strategic partnerships with industry associations to create a favorable business and regulatory environment for our products portfolio. + Advocate for the company's interests in relevant forums and work closely with decision-makers to influence regulations and standards that affect market access. + Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to anticipate changes in market dynamics, and explore successful case/practice to shape a favorable access environment + Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to anticipate changes in market dynamics and regulatory requirements. Analyze successful cases and best practices to shape a favorable access environment + Provide guidance and support to the BU on market access strategies and tactics to achieve commercial objectives. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health, Health Economics or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, government affairs, or a related field within the MedTech industry. + Strong understanding of healthcare policy, regulatory affairs, and market access dynamics. + Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results. + Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
