THE JOB:
As a Game Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of the live games for our live streaming service. You will help hire and train Game Presenters and provide ongoing coaching and training to Game Presenters to maintain a professional and fun atmosphere for customers. You will be responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, resolving guest complaints, and other operational tasks to ensure department and regulatory standards are met. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and company policies, practices, and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Manage performance of Game Presenters to ensure that superior customer service is provided to players with a high degree of proficiency.
Assist in the creation of policies, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics for the department based on operational requirements, regulations, and MGMRI service standards.
Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of Game Presenter staff on department policies and procedures as needed.
Handle escalated guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining MGMRI’s guest service standards.
Immediately correct any mistakes made by Game Presenters or through technical issue, collect necessary information and prepare reports related to mistakes.
Monitor game environment to identify potential technical issues and escalate appropriately. Prepare shift schedules for games, Game Presenter assignments and step-in as Game Presenter when needed.
Maintain a professional and positive work atmosphere for the Game Presenter staff
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
1+ years of prior relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment or front-facing guest services
