We are dedicated to ensuring high-quality interactions and seamless project execution within the gaming industry. **Role Overview:** We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the transcription of player interviews during e-sports tournaments. The role involves managing a team of freelance transcriptionists and project coordinators, maintaining client relationships, monitoring and reporting on project outcomes, and integrating AI to boost efficiency. If you have a solid background in project management, a passion for gaming, and a talent for process improvement, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** + **Project Management:** + Supervise the reception of transcription tasks from clients, allocate these tasks to the appropriate freelance team members, and ensure timely completion and delivery. + Oversee the recruitment, qualification, and coordination of freelance transcriptionists to meet project demands. + Develop and manage coverage schedules for the transcription team, ensuring adequate staffing based on the specific conditions and timelines of each tournament. + **Client Engagement:** + Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided. + Deliver regular performance updates and reports, including post-tournament analyses and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). + **Team Leadership:** + Inspire and lead the transcription team to meet project objectives. + Conduct quality assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. + **Process Optimization:** + Lead the initiative to incorporate AI into the transcription workflow to increase productivity and lower costs. + Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvements. + **Data Management:** + Keep the community partners’ data up to date in the database. + Monitor the quality of work produced by community partners and requalify resources based on performance data. **Qualifications:** + At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the gaming and/or localization sector. + In-depth knowledge of the e-sports and gaming industry. + Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. + Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience in implementing AI in business processes is highly desirable. + Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).
