DescriptionSpecific Duties And Responsibilities Attend to and address guest needs and inquiries in a timely manner. Witness, approve, perform and verify gaming jackpots and fills. Monitor gaming activities in assigned area for gaming cheating or unusual activities. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Provide change to guests. Account for change bank funds according to the cash handling policy. Make minor repairs to the gaming machines. Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property’s BSA policy. Monitor for suspicious transactions as defined by the BSA. All other duties as assigned Standards Of Performance Maintaining positive and productive relationships among all Team Members and guests.
