The opportunityDelaware North Gaming is hiring a Gaming Manager to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. As Gaming Manager, you will oversee the operation of the Gaming Department assuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and rules including but not limited to state Gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. You also direct the Supervision of Gaming staff including Supervisors, MODs, and hourly team members.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Analyze individual machine performance to optimize revenues. Manage VGM staff, Floor Attendants, Floor Supervisors, and MODs. Maintain proper staffing levels, maintains associate records, payroll processing, and training. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues. Implement and enforce all departmental and organizational policies, rules, and procedures. Analyze individual machine performance and make recommendations to AGM for changes to optimize floor performance. Oversee the installation of new machines, title conversions, and NYPI installations Develop and maintain productive relationships with the NYGC, Everi Holdings, and machine vendors. Maintain compliance with all New York State, Federal, Company, and Gaming Commission rules, policies, and regulations. Other duties as assigned. More about you Will be expected to work a flexible schedule that will include some rotating nights and weekends. Must have strong analytical skills and be highly proficient with Excel Intermediate skills with computer software such as Word, Data Base, Slot, and Table Game Accounting Software. Strong People skills with team members and customers are a must. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
