POSITION SUMMARY:
The Gaming Technician is responsible for all approved immediate and preventative maintenance, installations, conversions, relocations and upgrades on all Electronic Gaming Machines, Tables Games and other gaming and ancillary technology.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance of ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Electronic Gaming Machines and Table gaming equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records. Maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules
Perform Electronic Gaming Machine and Table Games related gaming immediate repairs and other maintenance activities in accordance with manufacture guidelines and departmental procedures
Inspect all new machines and conversions kits prior to installation onto the gaming floor. Perform EGM and Table Games related equipment moves, installation and reconfigurations to the gaming floor in an accurate and efficient manner
Assist in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Electronic Gaming Machines and Table Gaming equipment
Act in accordance with Departmental policies and procedures and DICJ controls and regulations
Develop a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale amongst the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments
Ensure a safe and clean environment for MELCO customers
Deliver a quality customer experience, in a welcoming and entertaining environment, providing value and always conducted with integrity

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
Less than 1 Year technical experience
Experience in a Casino preferred
System experience preferred
Sound command of Chinese in both oral and written forms
English an advantage
Education
Tertiary qualification or trade certificate in electronics preferred.
