Prototype Garage Mechanic (SBU-Temp):

Work to be performed consists of General Mechanic Knowledge Diagnostic of all vehicle systems, Engine/Transmission changes, Electrical diagnostics, and re-works to adapt engineering changes

Required Qualifications:

Minimum TWO (2) years Auto Service experience Possess basic computer skills: MS Office, Teams, Etc. Diagnostic tool capability (CDA, Canalyzer, etc.) wire harness fabrication and rework, reading of schematics, utilize OWN tools Able to work in team environment Strong emphasis on excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and teamwork Valid Driver’s License, No Physical Restrictions

Preferred Qualifications:

S.E. certified Strong background in Fabrication Strong background in EV vehicle diagnostics Minimum THREE (3) years auto dealership service experience Two-year technical degree in electronics, experience servicing vehicles Able to work Overtime and potential travel EOE / Disability / Veteran
