We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Gas\nPortfolio Manager to lead our product portfolio strategy and drive the success\nof our offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and\nexecuting the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring\nalignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven\ntrack record of product management, exceptional leadership skills, and a\npassion for driving innovation and growth.

Product Portfolio Strategy: Develop and execute a\ncomprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and\nmarket opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for the product\nportfolio and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.Product Roadmap Management: Lead the development and\nmanagement of product roadmaps for the entire portfolio, outlining key\ninitiatives, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize\ninitiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely\nwith cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering,\ndesign, marketing, and sales, to drive portfolio initiatives forward.\nFacilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful\nproduct launches and adoption.Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer\nneeds, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for product\nexpansion or innovation within the portfolio.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners,\nand industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for\nportfolio-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key\nperformance metrics for the product portfolio, including revenue, market share,\nand customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for\nimprovement and drive continuous optimization.Innovation and Future Planning: Drive innovation\nwithin the product portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, emerging\ntechnologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovation\nteams to develop and test new product concepts.YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.Strong understanding of Master Data Management.WE VALUE
