GENERAL SUMMARY

Gas Station F&B Attendant prepares and cooks food orders, including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, and related items according to prescribed menus or recipes.  Ensures that the food is brought to appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing and appetizing manner. 

CORE SCOPE OF POSITION

Consistently prepares and cooks food orders brought to appropriate temperature including appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, and related items according to prescribed menus or recipes. Ensures all food items are properly stored, stocked, and dated. Verifies quality and accuracy of deliveries, including produce, meat, poultry, frozen foods, dry foods, and beverages (including beer/malt dinks). Performs nightly QA/QC of products on the deli line to ensure freshness. Monitors temperature control of refrigerators and iceboxes and contacts HVAC technicians to conduct repairs. Stocks and maintains proper inventory level of food supplies, ingredients, and other consumables on the menus shift as well as the set-up for the following shift. Orders inventory. Helps clean and sanitize all food preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils. Assists with Clerk and Attendant duties when needed. Maintains general working area/surface sanitization protocol in accordance with the city and state health department codes. Displays efficient and safe knife skills; ensures knife sets are routinely sharpened. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. Maintains knowledge of and effectively promotes company services and player’s club program. Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
