About The Position
The Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, coordinating, and administrating high quality training for personnel.
Key responsibilities include:
• Plan, develop, deliver, coordinate, and administer training programs that adequately covers the skills and knowledge applicable to the workgroup in attendance.
• Provide ongoing support for maintenance of existing training material and development of new training material, including evaluation of training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
• Serve on internal committees/projects outside of the training group and form relationships with internal/external clients to proactively identify gaps and offer solutions.
• Monitor employee performance during classroom, lab and/or on-the-job training and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and superintendents to ensure that training needs are being timely addressed.
• Assist supervisors with job shadowing trainees that are having difficulty applying what they learned in training.
• Will be required to travel to locations in IL.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, with minimum of 2 years' experience; or
• Associate's degree with minimum of 4 or more years' experience; or
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in lieu of degree.
Preferred:
• Work experience relevant to specific role.
• Experience in developing/modifying and delivering training.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Competency using computer applications, including Microsoft Office 365

Compensation Range:

$82,400.00 - $127,700.00

At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
