Key Responsibilities:
Support all pre deal and post deal activities, for example, tender preparation, invoicing, claims and demurrage. • Collaborate with suppliers and counterparts to efficiently schedule cargo shipments in line with contractual expectations. Monitor and manage cargo movements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cargo and freight operations. Ensure full compliance with safety requirements, regulations, and the company code of conduct in all deals and operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 5-10 years of direct relevant experience in gasoline operations. Ability to handle incomplete information and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment. Strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency.
