We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Gate Operator for our client in Flanders, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of truck drivers entering and exiting the facility, ensuring they are directed to the correct loading doors for merchandise processing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and preferably have previous experience as a Gate Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control the entry and exit of all personnel and vehicles at the facility.Check the paperwork presented by truck drivers upon arrival and departure.Guide visitors to the logistics offices as required and make announcements via telephone to notify the relevant personnel.Stay vigilant to any security concerns around the facility and parking lot, and promptly report any issues to the security team.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English is required; bilingual abilities are a plus.Reliable transportation is necessary.Flexible availability, including the ability to work various shifts and potentially cover additional shifts if needed.Ability to remain in the assigned office for the duration of the shift, except when interacting with truck drivers.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel is required.

Compensation and Shifts:

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Sunday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
