Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Highlands Ranch, CO. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information and directions

Compensation: $18.50 to $19.50 Depending On Experience

Our Gatehouse Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as:

\n\nRespond to alarms and emergency situations.\n\n\nMake periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire controlequipment.\n\n\nGreet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surroundingarea as requested by visitors.\n\n\nGuard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence or rules and safetyviolations.\n\n\nPerform fire prevention, safety and maintenance tasks and parking/traffic enforcement.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

\n\nProfessional customer service skills.\n\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\n\n\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\n\n\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n
