We are currently recruiting for a Gatehouse Operative on permanent basis at our Lutterworth depot.

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days

Salary: £24,803 per annum.

Job Description

To support the day to day site operation through Administrative Operations for yard activities. Provide security for the entrance and exit of the site.

Track and process entrance and leavers through the yard.Communicate with both transport and warehouse operations on arrivals.Use an access file to keep yard movements up to date.Use Autostore WMS to systemically enter and remove drivers.Use excel spreadsheets to track goods in arrivals.Other administrative tasks as determined time to time.Processing and understanding over provided paperwork.Work within a team and provide a comprehensive report to oncoming shift.

QualificationsPC literacyEffective communicator who conscientiously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure.Can adapt to a changing work environment.Attention to detail.Ability to work on own time and manage own workload.Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates complianceExperience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment
