OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE

\n\n

Ensure that all shipments – both inbound and outbound – are processed according to local and DHL Network standards and that transit times are met.

\n\n

YOUR TASKS

\n\n\n\tActivate the standard and agreed process flow in daily operations to satisfy the customer needs and requirements\n\tActivate the contingency plan for any emergency or the occasional customer requirement\n\tAssist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively\n\tCarry out any administrative task that is required for the Service Centre in order to process material and provide network and shipment information often within tight time frames\n\tManage the handover of paperwork to third party brokers\n\tCapture information - and make available to the Network - information required for a shipment, piece or handling unit at the service centre according to the standard procedures\n\tBuild-up the reliable relationship to facilitate the daily operations activities\n\tCo-ordinate within shift operations to meet operational demands at a high service quality\n\n

YOUR PROFILE:

\n\n\n\tExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.\n\tBachelor's degree/Associate degree holder\n\tExperience of working with customs clearance matters within transportation, logistics or import / export industry\n\tDriving License (current and valid)\n\tFork Lift License (preferable).\n\n\n
