GBM Clients Implementation Manager

As GBM Clients Implementation Manager  you will be responsible for leading implementations for larger and complex global clients. This role may work as an individual contributor, or work with more junior GBM Implementation Specialists in managing implementations depending on client needs. You will also collaborate closely with the Commercial team to support RFP responses by contributing implementation content and insights.

We will count on you to:

Lead GBM client implementations as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of the implementation process in collaboration with the Account Manager.

Ensure timely and efficient implementation of clients in agreed markets to accelerate revenue capture, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with local teams.

Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team to support RFP client meetings, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.

Support with deal pricing preparation and development of a preliminary implementation plan, ensuring seamless integration and execution of proposed solutions.

Conduct effective communications across all stakeholder levels, influencing and guiding clients through complex implementation processes.

Develop and apply implementation best practices, establishing standards, processes, templates, and tools to drive efficiencies and track relevant metrics.

Oversee initial client technology setup and provide support for client demos and training during the implementation process.

What you need to have:

Proven experience in Client facing role preferably in a global matrix organization.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Client Services and Commercial Teams.

Strong analytical skills

Proficiency in English
